This class is designed to give an overview of the Christian faith and provide an opportunity learn more about our churches beliefs. In addition our goal is to instruct those that want to a closer relationship with God and set them on the right path.

We will discuss the following topics and will be using the book titled Preparing for Baptism by Sergiy Sannikov as a guide:
The Bible, its history, and why we believe it to be the true word of God
Who God is - His qualities, attributes, divine essence and the Trinity
Why humanity needs a savior - creation, the fall, sin, the Law, and redemption
What is repentance, rebirth and sanctification
The history of predestination vs free will and what the Bible says about it
Understanding the purpose of the Law and God’s grace
Why Christians are baptized and take part of the Lord’s Supper
What is the church and how we can be involved in ministry
How a Christian should conduct themselves in the church and outside of the church
How we can spread the Good New of the Gospel of Jesus Christ
